We all have our daily schedules fixed but on most of the occasions even when things are planned we often run out of time. And the client will be there only if today he gives a good service and he can develop trust for the company to carry out a particular project. Hence the bottom line is that whatever be the conditions the customer will expect the best treatment and a good work done today will prove to be goodwill for tomorrow.
